Send Us Your Audio!
We accept and work with various types of audio. We receive files via the Internet as well as on CD or cassette from USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. These services are, recommended for sending your packages so that you may track projects until they reach their destination.
How To Transmit Your Projects
- Rename Your Files to include your name, and the id number if applicable
- Simply attach all of your files below by clicking "browse", and then click the "upload files" link.
- When the progress bar gets to 100% then you're finished!
Alternative Ways To Send Data:
- If projects are somewhat large, you may consider using www.SendThisFile.com or www.YouSendIt.com either, of which will offer a free account to which you upload files to a secure server to be delivered to us upon completion of the upload.
- You can send us an email with a link whereas we can retrieve project audios.
- Also, while some files may seem small, yet won’t load through regular email, they can oftentimes be received through instant messenger, which allows various sized files to be transmitted safely.
Audio Format
Mp3 and wav files are the preferred formats. In the event we receive files in .cda, dss or any other formats, we then convert to mp3/wav to create a working copy for use with our equipment.
If your audios contain technical terms or names we may not be familiar with, please send a list of those terms so we can provide a more accurate transcript. All transcripts are returned in Word format unless otherwise requested. We also have the ability to create PDF upon client’s request.
