Our Policies
In order to better serve our clients, we have outlined our company policies and procedures. The policies address some of our most frequently asked questions. We look forward to serving your needs.
Hours of Operation:
- Hours of operation are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Services may be offered on weekends and holidays with advanced notice.
- Requests for service may be placed via e-mail any time. We also accept delivery of your projects via regular mail, FedEx or UPS. Client is responsible for shipping expense.
Contracts and Services:
- A signed and dated contract for service is required before any services commence.
Payment:
- Accepted payment should be made via Paypal (instant payment) or a Paypal invoice can be provided to you upon request with which you may pay using your credit card even when you do not have a Paypal account.
- Other accepted forms of payment are: Checks, Money Order or Cashier’s Check with prior arrangement and approval, plus 50% of the total estimated project cost up front.
- An amount of 50% of the total estimated project cost will be required up front on projects that are five (5) audio hours in length or more.
- A $35 fee will be charged for NSF checks (at which time cash or money order is required)
- A 10% late fee will be assessed to any and all past due invoices
Additional Fees:
- Delivery fees via mail..............Dependent on service
- We return transcripts via email. If you require a hard copy there may be a per page fee for printing plus postage.
Quality:
- We guarantee the highest quality of work.
- Clients should review returned work promptly. While proofreading and editing are done during transcription, final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work rests with the client.
- If you are not completely satisfied, return the work to us within 72 hours and we will make the necessary changes to satisfy your needs.
Privacy:
- Personal and confidential information received via this website will be used only for the purpose it was received and will not be passed on to third parties except as required by law.
- We do not control the privacy policies of business affiliates or any other sites to which a hyperlink is provided.
- All professionals hired as Independent Contractors by Success Transcripts have signed a Confidentiality Agreement with our company prior to their beginning employment.
- Success Transcripts maintains client confidentiality. No information provided to us is ever released or used for advertising unless permission is obtained from the client beforehand.
Disclaimer:
- Success Transcripts will not be held liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from documents which are lost or delayed in transit, whether such transit is electronic, fax, mail, or otherwise.
- Success Transcripts will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, plagiarism, etc…)
- Success Transcripts will not be held liable for typographical omissions or errors if audio is not clear and concise during transcription.
